Its large-aperture F2.4-4 ZEISS Vario-Sonnar T* lens covers landscapes, portraits, close-ups, wildlife, birding, sports and everyday events without the need to carry and change multiple lenses.
A 20.1MP 1.0-type Exmor RS stacked backside-illuminated CMOS sensor works with the BIONZ XR processor and dedicated AI processing to support detailed stills, accurate color and texture, low-noise imaging and fast readout. Real-time Recognition AF identifies people, animals, birds, insects, cars, trains and airplanes, while human pose estimation helps retain people whose faces are turned away or obscured. Up to 575 phase-detection AF points, Real-time Tracking, blackout-free shooting at up to 30 fps and up to 60 AF/AE calculations per second help you stay with unpredictable action and capture decisive moments.
Advanced movie tools make the RX10 V ready for hybrid creation. Record up to 4K 120p, create up to 5x slow motion, steady handheld footage with Active Mode and use Auto Framing to keep a recognized subject composed. S-Cinetone offers ready-to-use cinematic color, while S-Log3 and imported user LUT support provide a grading-oriented workflow.
