Elevate Your Audio Experience: The Klipsch R-40PM Powered Speakers at Abt Electronics
For audio enthusiasts and casual listeners alike, finding the perfect balance between convenience, power, and sound quality can often be a challenge—especially when searching for a speaker system that fits seamlessly into your modern lifestyle. The Klipsch R-40PM Powered Speakers, now available at Abt Electronics, deliver on every front. Combining advanced acoustic engineering with versatile connectivity, these speakers redefine the standards for audiophile-grade sound in a compact, user-friendly design.
Outstanding Klipsch Reference Sound in a Compact Form
The R-40PM powered monitor speakers are the newest incarnation of the legendary Klipsch Reference series, renowned across the globe for their robust performance and clarity. Each unit is equipped with a 4-inch copper-spun TCP woofer and a hallmark 1-inch Linear Travel Suspension (LTS) aluminum tweeter. These drivers work in harmony, employing Klipsch’s proprietary Tractrix® horn technology to create a wide, immersive soundstage. This means you get pristine highs and dynamic mid-range performance, no matter where you’re seated in your space.
The tweeters, featuring a Kapton suspension, are crafted from aluminum—an extremely lightweight yet rigid material. This design minimizes distortion and allows for greater efficiency, preserving the delicate nuances in your favorite tracks, podcasts, and films.
Designed for Both Style and Performance
The R-40PM speakers aren’t just powerful—they’re crafted to be a stylish addition to any home. The copper-spun woofers stand out with their steeply angled cones, which not only enhance the speaker’s rigidity and accuracy but also add a signature look. Magnetic grilles allow you to choose between showcasing Klipsch’s striking copper cones or maintaining a more understated, all-black appearance.
Compact yet powerful, these speakers take up minimal space while delivering bass response down to 60Hz, thanks to their expertly engineered, extra-deep cabinets and rear-firing bass-reflex ports. Whether you place them on a bookshelf, TV console, or Klipsch-designed stands, expect rich and impactful audio from a surprisingly small footprint.
Features
Plays Well With Others
The R-40PM powered speakers connect via Bluetooth® for music streaming, phono (with ground screw terminal) for turntables, plus digital and analog for everything in between. And because Klipsch engineers built in a customized amplifier, you get perfectly tuned sound experiences – no audio/video receiver (AVR) required.
Bigger Horn, Wider SoundStage
Experience legendary Klipsch Reference sound with larger edge-to-edge Tractrix® horns mated to 1” aluminum LTS tweeters for a wider listening area and perfect clarity. Crank up the volume without compromising sound quality and tell your neighbors we’re not sorry!
Happiness is Copper and Black
The R-40PM’s copper-spun TCP woofers use steeply angled cones for improved rigidity and accuracy. Low-profile magnetic grilles give you flexibility to show off the classic Klipsch cones or switch things up with a sleek black exterior.
Linear Travel Suspension (LTS) Aluminum Tweeter
A hallmark of Klipsch speakers, the exclusive 1" LTS aluminum tweeter with Kapton Suspension minimizes distortion for more detailed performances. Aluminum is an extremely light and rigid material used in the tweeter assembly to provide high efficiency.
Plug & Play Setup
Basking in the glow of your favorite movies, games, and albums doesn’t have to be complicated. Plug your R-40PMs into a power outlet, then each other, and add any additional lines you’d like (or simply stream via Bluetooth®).
Small But Mighty
The R-40PMs feature a small but mighty cabinet that can produce bass as deep as 60Hz thanks to bass-reflex rear-firing ports. Expertly engineered with extra cabinet depth, you’ll experience warmer, more impactful sound without connecting to a sub, but…
Got Bass On The Brain?
We’ve included an RCA line level output on the R-40PMs so you can add a subwoofer to your stereo system to enhance low frequencies even further.
