Product Details
Apple MJLY4LL/A Magic Keyboard with Touch ID USB-C in White | Silver
Bring Touch ID to everyday desktop typing with the Apple Magic Keyboard with Touch ID for Mac models with Apple silicon (USB-C) - US English, model MJLY4LL/A. Its compact layout combines a remarkably comfortable and precise typing experience with fast, easy and secure authentication. Once Touch ID is set up, a quick press locks your Mac, while a light touch can unlock it. It can also authorize supported purchases from the App Store, Apple TV app, Apple Books and websites using Apple Pay. With no numeric keypad, essential controls stay together in a focused layout for everyday Mac work.
Built for a clean, flexible workspace, this rechargeable keyboard uses Bluetooth to connect wirelessly to your Mac without a continuous cable. Its long-lasting internal battery helps it remain ready through extended stretches of writing, navigating and routine tasks. When the keyboard is not in use, it goes to sleep to conserve power; switch it off during longer periods away to save even more. Multimedia and function keys keep common macOS, playback, sound and input controls close at hand, making it easy to adjust the system or manage media directly from the keyboard.
Setup is straightforward. Connect the included woven USB-C Charge Cable between the keyboard and a USB-C port on your Mac, switch the keyboard on and it pairs automatically, so you can get to work right away. The same cable recharges the keyboard from your Mac, and charging is also supported with a USB-C power adapter. With one USB-C cable handling both pairing and power, it fits naturally into a USB-C device setup. Apple Magic Keyboard with Touch ID MJLY4LL/A requires a Mac with Apple silicon using macOS 15.1 or later.2 Keep macOS updated to use the keyboard and its full range of features.
